NETARR is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and responsibly rehoming parrots and other exotic birds in need. We provide safe, compassionate care while promoting responsible bird ownership through education and community outreach.

Our goal is to expand our network of adopters, fosters, volunteers, donors, and community partners while raising awareness about the lifelong commitment of bird ownership. We aim to increase our capacity, improve rehabilitation resources, and provide more birds with safe, healthy, permanent homes.
